Dr. Brooke Lamphere is a Licensed Clinical and Sport Psychologist in Boulder, combining extensive clinical expertise with specialized sports performance psychology to support athletes, performers, and individuals in optimizing their mental health and performance. As a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC), she brings over twelve years of experience helping clients achieve their goals through evidence-based approaches and culturally-informed care.

Note: Dr. Lamphere is currently accepting new clients for individual mental health and mental performance services. She works with adults and young adults (age 17+ years).

  • Dr. Brooke Lamphere (name/she/her) is a Licensed Counseling and Sport Psychologist in Boulder, Colorado, and a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) through the Association for Applied Sport Psychology (AASP). She earned her PhD in Counseling Psychology and Master of Arts in Sport and Performance Psychology from the University of Denver. Her clinical training includes an APA-accredited Doctoral Internship at the University of Colorado School of Medicine, specializing in behavioral medicine, primary care psychology, and health psychology. Through her Postdoctoral Fellowship at Howard Head Sports Medicine and Vail Health, she developed expertise in sport injury rehabilitation, eating disorder treatment, and performance optimization.
